01125 ETHEREAL

Painted en plein air, Ethereal seeks to depict the interplay between imagination and reality.  A light, airy light throws a luminous glow on the marsh and the water of the creek.  The ethereal soul is a topic of thought in Eastern cultures.  In Hinduism the ethereal soul is the non-physical essence of existence.  The Chinese consider it an aspect of consciousness that continues after death.  However we describe it, many people look at certain landscapes and have emotional feeling towards them, do you?
